Keeping of property records, collection of rents and documentation of all leases and tenancies. Regular/Periodical inspection of property to ensure that repair and maintenance covenants are complied with. Assessment of dilapidation, supervision of all repair and maintenance works. Regular review of the potentials of the property. Treatment of rates and bills including negotiation of such with appropriate authorities. Administration of service charge account including submission of quarterly statements of income and expenditure.
