BUA Ports & Terminals Limited, a subsidiary of BUA International Limited was incorporated and registered in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 on 28^th of March 2006, with registration number RC 649102 as a Private Limited Liability Company.

The company operates at the Port Harcourt Ports, Rivers State since it successfully secured the rights or concession to manage the port via a highly competitive bidding process under the Public Enterprise (Privatization and Commercialization) Act No.28 of 1999.

As Terminal Operators, BUA Ports & Terminals have the mandate to profitably and efficiently manage the four (4) berths in the Terminal. Thus far, this task has been managed creditably well.

BUA Ports and Terminals consist of 4 berths with a total length of 599m with a quay apron.

Over 15,000m² stacking area is ready for use along with a spacious trailer park.

We also have two (2) warehouses measuring about 4,000m² for storage of all cargoes.
