International Trade

In recognition of the importance of place the newly established World Trade Organisation (WTO) will occupy in International Trade, the firm has recently established a team of specialist lawyers to advise clients (including the Federal Government and its trading partners ) on the rights and obligations that accompany membership of the WTO. The unit has substantial background and expertise in the international trade rules and codes that make up the present WTO. Moreover, the team is familiar with the accession process of the GATT.
