Implementation Review Services

Accounting Solutions will conduct implementation reviews within 60-days of live production. The reviews will evaluate adherence to plan, implementation results relative to the Critical Business Issues initially identified by your management, operational procedures, and project documentation. The resulting deliverables will identify any remaining requirements, which must be met by the teams in order to retire the projects successfully. While on-site conducting the aforementioned consulting services, we will file periodic status reports to your management.
