Description
HED (High Energy Discharge light) has low running costs and long life time (about 12,000 hours). It is much used in street lights and is easily recognized by it's intense daylight - light.
The lumen (symbol: lm) is the SI unit of luminous flux, a measure of the power of light perceived by the human eye. Luminous flux differs from radiant flux, the measure of the total power of light emitted, in that luminous flux is adjusted to reflect the varying sensitivity of the human eye to different wavelengths of light.
The difference between the units lumen and lux is that the lux takes into account the area over which the luminous flux is spread. A flux of 1000 lumens, concentrated into an area of one square metre, lights up that square metre with an illuminance of 1000 lux. The same 1000 lumens, spread out over ten square metres, produce a dimmer illuminance of only 100 lux.
50W HED Light produces high lumens of 4800 and 90,000 luminous intensity. This make it far better than LED and Metal halide lights.
- HED is a new type of energy-saving lamp; one 50W HED lamp has the same lighting figures as to 100W sodium light or same to 80W LED light.
- 60--75 energy saving than normal sodium light
- 50--70% cost cheaper than LED light
- This kind of new energy-saving can save the most energy at present; one investment
- All the specifications and dimensions of the bulb meet the international standards; it can
- It can be equipped in the city roads, city plaza, garden, park, shopping mall, parking, etc.
