Wild Black Ocean Tiger Prawns (Penaeus monodon)
Caught in the wild from the clean, non-polluted waters of the Gulf of Guinea in the Eastern Central Atlantic (F.A.O. Zone 34) by our deep sea trawlers. Graded, packed and frozen on board our EU approved and HACCP compliant trawlers, they are landed in a ready-to- export state. These prawns are presented whole, head-on, shell-on, fresh, frozen in four different grades: <5/Kg, 6-10/Kg, 10-20/Kg & 20-30/Kg in 2 Kg net blocks without glaze water. 9 such blocks,which are packed in HONEYWELL brand boxes are in turn packed in corrugated boxes for export.
