·To carry out research and feasibility studies on demand potential for our products in the local and export market.
·To build customers base through relationship management and offering of high quality product at competitive and affordable price.
·To meet and exceed clients' expectation and need of our products through prompt and quality customer service.
·To seek out new customers and make frequent visit to clients.
·To prepare proposal and quotation to customers and negotiate terms and conditions of service.
·To make marketing presentation on products to management, shareholders and prospective clients.
·To render weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of activities of the unit.
·To conclude sales and monitor logistics and distribution of products to clients.
·To create awareness of our product through proper marketing and advertisement.
·To support marketing and promotional activities by attending trade shows exhibitions and conferences.
·To monitor and supervise marketing and production activities to ensure that our products and services meet customer requirements.
·To carry out any other functions that may be assigned to the unit by the management.
·To follow up on customers or clients and render after sales services
·To follow up on payments and trade accounts.
·To keep customers records and record on transactions and closed deals.
