Gown Making

The programme on Gown Making is designed for those who want to specialize on the production of gowns alone without going into the details of the full fashion design course. Students learn the basics of gown production through instructor led classes and hands-on projects aimed at developing their ability to identify design elements, conceive ideas, develop them and create simple designs. You are taught pattern drafting for gowns. You take classes in sewing techniques that cover construction, cutting and finishing for gowns. You will learn by doing.
