The firm has provided combined Architectural Services and Project Management Services on large complex projects, as well as project management services (especially on behalf of clients) on several projects designed by other architects.
A subsidiary company ATOPIC Ltd was created to participate as a member of a project management consortium working on one of the largest project management building contracts in Nigeria. Between 1995 and 1999, the consortium managed a $20m budget of infrastructural, health and educational projects financed by the Federal Government of Nigeria. These projects covered schools, universities, clinics, hospitals and medical teaching hospitals.
