At inception, the company sold imported brands from South Korea in both the OTC and Ethical market segments. However, in 2006, most of the company's pharmaceutical products were off the market due to the following reasons:
• Most of the products imported at the time were close to their expiry date.
• Little or no sales force to effectively push the products in the market.
• Little or no marketing support from the manufacturers.
The current strategy of the company is a collaborative arrangement with some reputable organizations in both India and South Korea to develop new OTC and Ethical drugs for the Nigerian market. The company is also in the process of forging an alliance with the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, Nigeria to conduct clinical trial for one of its new products
(Aceclofenac Clanza), which will complement the current portfolio of products in this market segment.
