Effective Supervisory Management Skills Training
Supervisory Management is a middle-level management function involving planning, organizing, co-coordinating and controlling of organizational resources. This position is a particularly challenging one because of its intermediary roles between top-level management staff and the staff they are directly supervising.
A major problem of this level of management is the role conflict that they often experience as result of trying to satisfy expectations from top-level management on one hand and their sub-ordinate staff on the other hand. The ability of a supervisory manager to successfully perform his roles and expectations in that position is heavily dependent on his possession of composite skills in management, human relations and leadership.
