We have acted for government ministries, government para statals, banks, insurance companies, property developers, construction companies, high net worth individuals and different corporate bodies in a variety of cases. In the criminal justice sphere, we have handled prosecutions for the Attorney General's Office and held watching briefs for our other clients.

Our methodology involves early clarification of issues, the production of initial legal opinions outlining the strengths and weaknesses of each case, and a recommendation as to settlement or resolution either through the courts or via ADR mechanisms.
