Corporate Medical Assurance Plans

The Standard Plan grants access to the following services:

• Curative care by a Doctor, including prescribed drugs
• Laboratory and X-ray services.
• Admissions and hospital care in a standard ward for physical and mentally affective disorders (excluding mental retardation or chronic psychiatric illness)
• Antenatal services
• Preventive care such as NPI immunization health education.
• Consultation with specialists e.g. ENT, Orthopaedics, Cardiology e.t.c
• Surgery
• Eye examination as part of general medical care.
• Curative primary dental care.

EXECUTIVE PLAN

The Executive Plan grants access to the following services.

• Curative care by a Doctor, including prescribed drugs
• Laboratory and X-ray services
• Immediate attention at the clinic
• Admissions and hospital care in a private ward for physical and mentally affective disorders (excluding mental retardation or chronic psychiatric illness)
• Delivery Services including Caesarian Sections(CS)

• Preventive care such as NPI immunization health education

• Consultation with specialists e.g. ENT, Orthopaedics, Cardiology e.t.c
• Surgery
• Eye Examination as part of general medical care

• Provision of Lenses with Frames

• Curative primary dental care

SUPER EXECUTIVE PLAN

The Super Executive Plan" grants access to the following services.

1. Curative care by a Doctor, including prescribed drugs.
2. Laboratory and X-ray services.
3. Immediate attention at the clinic
4. Admissions and hospital care in a private ward for physical and mentally affective disorders (excluding mental retardation or chronic psychiatric illness).
5. Antenatal and delivery services including Caesarian Sections (CS).
6. Preventive care such as NPI and special immunizations, e.g. hepatitis, CSM, etc
7. Annual Medical Examination.
8. Consultation with specialists e.g. ENT, Orthopaedics, Cardiology e.t.c
9. Surgery
10. Provision of lenses with frames
11. Curative primary and secondary dental care.
12. Direct access to specialist providers (dentists and ophthalmologists)
