Services provided include:

• Giving advice on and assistance in formation of companies in the Federal Republic of Nigeria;
• Providing accommodation for registered offices;
• Acting as company secretaries and registrars;
• Providing nominee directors and/or shareholders;
• Managing and controlling bank accounts for clients;
• Acting as the local representative for foreign companies.

The division may also liaise with the various Ministries on matters relating to:

• the establishment of businesses in Nigeria on behalf of clients and employment of expatriates;
• the granting of approved status to foreign capital investment;
