Capacity Building, Training/Facilitation

Our Capacity Building programme is designed to support organizations through training of personnel in various areas. This is tailored according to specific organizational needs. Such training does include developing Boards and improving Board Effectiveness, Financial Management, Proposal Writing & Fundraising, Project Cycle Management, training of OD Facilitators and Consultants, NGO Management, Effective Leadership Development, Management Development Programme, PRA/PLA training, Stress Management, Teambuilding, Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PME), Entrepreneurship Development, Conflict Resolution, Peace and Nonviolence, Training of Trainers, etc. We facilitate workshops and conferences using participatory methods. We design and deliver in-house training based on jointly identified needs.
